Abstract
This article examines India’s climate change policy through three interconnected dimensions: economic costs, legal obligations, and global politics. It analyses the economic impacts of climate change on key sectors such as agriculture, urban infrastructure, public health, and carbon-intensive industries, highlighting the significant financial requirements for mitigation and adaptation.
